4:30am: Up for an 8 hour shift in 2 hours. Not slept a wink. Feel like someone’s stapled my eyelids to the top of my head. Wide awake and restless as fuck. Now, do I continue to fight this losing battle with sleep or do I pull an all nighter and suffer through what’s going to be an extremely shitty 8 hours
